Yield 24  Truffles 

Ingredients:

3 cups graham cracker 
2 cups milk chocolate chips 
1/2 tea. Salt 
3 cups marshmallow fluff (maybe need a little more) 


2 cups milk Chocolate chips for dipping 
1 Tbs. of coconut oil 

Course salt for garnish

 

Procedures:

1. Use a food processor to crush up graham crackers into fine crumbs (you can also do this by hand)

2. Place crumbs in large bowl add chocolate chips , marshmallows , and 1/2 tsp salt 

​

3. Mix until well combined. 


4. Roll into balls then place them on a parchment lined sheet tray freeze for 16 minutes 

​

4. Microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30 sec intervals stirring in between until smooth and melted.

​

5. Dip balls in chocolate  then Place them back on parchment and freeze another 7 minutes until chocolate sets.

6. Remove and sprinkle salt
 
7. Enjoy

(refrigerate to keep fresh)

​

TIP: Spray hands/gloves with olive oil or coconut oil to avoid sticking.
